Alliance Automotive Group Benelux new name PartsPoint Group

As of January 1, 2020 PartsPoint Group is called Alliance Automotive Group Benelux. A logical step now that the rapidly growing company from Ede has been part of Alliance Automotive Group, the leading parts distributor for the aftermarket in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and now also in the Netherlands and Belgium. In turn, part of the American Genuine Parts Company, the world’s largest automotive parts distributor. Cor Baltus, CEO of Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, is convinced that the synergy of the brand and the network will benefit the services to the wholesaler and car company.

Baltus: “From the outside, a new name may not seem that exciting, but there is much more behind it for us. Because we are now part of one of the leading and most ambitious aftermarket groups in Europe, we can put in more and faster on a better IT structure and availability. The Dutch and Belgian car dealerships will certainly notice this. We are ready for the next growth phase and suppliers and employees are also fully benefiting from this. But above all our customers. A name is only a name, it is about what lies behind it. ”

The choice of the PartsPoint Group as the basis for the new Benelux branch within the Alliance Automotive Group is not illogical. In the past five years, PartsPoint saw its sales triple due to organic growth and acquisitions to around € 300 million. There is plenty of ambition with Cor Baltus and his management team, who have remained fully committed and put their shoulders under the ambitious growth plans. Together with the more than 1,700 employees of Alliance Automotive Group Benelux, we are working hard on the network, stocks, catalog, assortment, smart marketing and strong garage concepts.

Alliance Automotive Group Benelux is the official new name at group level. The current operating company PartsPoint Services becomes Alliance Automotive Services. The Alliance Automotive Trading operating company serves the six regional depots and more than 60 independent wholesalers in the Netherlands from the ultramodern distribution center in Ede. About the network of 150 own branches under the Brezan, Staadegaard-TC and Dabeko formulas, Cor Baltus states: “We take every step very carefully. Also with regard to our own branches. They keep their own name. ”
