Brezan

Brezan has been a respected name in the Dutch and Belgian automotive aftermarket since 1928. There are now more than 100 clearly recognizable Brezan sales outlets, serving independent garage owners, brand dealers, car dealers, fast-fitters, fleet owners, damage repair chains and body shops. Brezan also provides car importers and their dealer networks with corporate solutions.

Service and Supply

In principle, Brezan supplies everything; it offers a service level of no less than 99%! The close ties and efficient cooperation between the Alliance Automotive Services parts depots and the Brezan sales outlets means a part or accessory can always be supplied quickly, making Brezan a very distinctive supplier in this highly competitive market.

Customers always have a choice of parts and accessories: the premium brand, a range in the middle segment and a cheaper house brand. Brezan calls it the “good-better-best strategy”. Well-known premium brands include Brembo, Champion, Monroe, Bosal, NGK, Gates, Mann and Thüle. Customers can also opt for Brezan’s private label, the attractively priced Coldax brand.

CONCEPTS AND FORMULAS

Brezan does much more than simply supply parts and accessories, it sells and supplies everything the automotive aftermarket needs. For example, customers can use the PARTS360 parts platform: an up-to-date database with which customers can easily and quickly find the right parts by entering the license plate, chassis number or OE reference, or using the manual vehicle search module. In addition to all the technical specifications of a part, the customer can also immediately see the gross and net prices, the current stock and the expected delivery time.

In 2015, Brezan introduced a new initiative on the Dutch market: the Kentekenloket.nl concept. This organization is composed of 500 automotive companies recognized by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (RDW), and runs counters where vehicle owners can transfer ownership. Previously, this was only possible at the post office. Registering and transferring ownership at an automotive company means that it can be combined with an expert mileage check and/or purchase inspection.

In another development, USN-Centuri, with 38 branches in the Netherlands and Belgium, was acquired and merged with Brezan in late 2015.
