As of August 1st, Marc Oudshoorn will assume the role of CEO at ASN Groep BV. Bringing extensive experience in the automotive sector, he will contribute strategic expertise to strengthen ASN Autoschade and A•Glas.

Starting July 1st, Marc will join the ASN Groep BV team and, after a one-month onboarding period, will be appointed CEO. Marc has a long and diverse background in the automotive industry and has gained substantial experience in the damage repair sector over the past five years. In his current role as Mobility Partnership Manager at Achmea, Marc has played a key role in shaping strategic policy and promoting sustainable innovations within a complex network. His broad industry knowledge, combined with his focus on sustainability and innovation, makes him ideally suited to help ASN grow and strengthen in the future.

Marc Oudshoorn explains his choice for ASN: “ASN is one of the most progressive chains in the damage repair market. We face significant challenges in complexity, craftsmanship, and collaboration. Together, we can lead ASN Autoschade and A•Glas into the next phase. With my experience in advancing companies and the opportunities arising from ASN’s acquisition by Alliance Automotive Group, I am confident that ASN Autoschade and A•Glas will be very successful in this next stage.”

Peter Hubregtse will remain with ASN Groep BV for several months to ensure a smooth transition. Fellow board member Mark Dijkstra will also remain actively involved during this period.

Rob Visser, CEO of Alliance Automotive Group, states: “In recent years, together with ASN, MSH Equipment, and Prepaire Bodyshop Support, we have built a solid foundation in the damage repair industry. I am convinced that with Marc Oudshoorn we have found a very capable and experienced successor to Peter Hubregtse who can bring the ASN Autoschade and A•Glas brands to the next level.”

On behalf of Alliance Automotive Group, we wish Marc Oudshoorn every success in his new role as CEO of ASN Groep BV. At the same time, we express our great appreciation for Peter and Mark, who have laid an important foundation for the company’s further growth through their years of dedication and expertise. Their involvement during the transition period is greatly valued.
