Alliance Automotive Group in the Benelux (AAG) proudly announces the acquisition of Autotechnica Amsterdam, effective December 1, 2025. Autotechnica was part of the Precisium network of Alliance Automotive Group and is therefore no stranger to AAG. Precisium wholesalers are independent wholesalers who, through their loyalty, have access to the marketing concepts of Alliance Automotive Group.
Autotechnica Amsterdam
Founded in 1953, Autotechnica is a well-known wholesaler in the Greater Amsterdam area, specializing in automotive materials, tires, garage equipment, tools, license plates, and personal protective equipment. The Autotechnica team has built strong partnerships with many car companies, maintenance firms, and garages in Amsterdam, Waterland, and Zaanstreek. This acquisition represents an important step for Alliance Automotive Group in strengthening the PartsPoint network in the Amsterdam region, alongside existing PartsPoint locations in Wormerveer, Amsterdam-Zuidoost, Amsterdam Osdorp, Purmerend, Haarlem, and Hoofddorp.

Berry Jansen explains: “The sale of Autotechnica to Alliance marks the end of my automotive career, which started in 1984 through cooperation with Brezan. Based on my experiences in 2014, when I sold 11 Brezan outlets to the organization in Ede, I am confident that the interests of Autotechnica’s customers and employees will be well looked after. I wish them all success.”
Richard Wijkstra states: “After 10 years with Autotechnica, I am pleased and proud to hand over this great company to an organization fully prepared for the future. Considering our personal wishes, this is an excellent deal for the staff and management. I will do everything to ensure that the service our customers are used to continues within Alliance. This will create a win-win situation.”
