Garage concepts are becoming increasingly important for Alliance Automotive Group in the Benelux (AAG Benelux). This is evident from the growth in participants of CarProf, Autovakmeester and Autoservice Totaal, as well as from the positive feedback from participating companies. To give this group additional attention, the team in the Netherlands and Belgium has been expanded and Ivar Camps has been appointed Manager Garage Concepts Benelux.
Despite challenging market conditions, AAG Benelux’s garage concepts have achieved solid growth in recent years. The renewed Autoservice Totaal concept, which now includes standard technical support from TECH360, welcomed no fewer than 28 new members in 2025. Some of these are businesses switching from other concepts, but many new companies have also joined.
“By adding more substance to our concepts and adopting a clear market positioning, we have succeeded in responding to the needs of many entrepreneurs. For all three of our concepts, we see ample opportunities to create more added value, increase membership numbers and enhance the satisfaction of our concept participants. That is why we have chosen to invest even more in our concepts in the coming years,” said Ivar Camps.
To be even closer to our members, the concept team is being further strengthened. As of February, Stephane Dewaele has started as Concept Account Manager Belgium. With his many years of experience in the Belgian automotive sector and his extensive network, he is the ideal contact person for our Belgian concept participants. “With Stephane, we finally have a dedicated contact person for Belgium again. His knowledge and experience will help us become even more successful on all fronts in the coming years,” said Ivar Camps. In addition, Gerard ten Buuren will join AAG as an advisor. “Gerard brings many years of experience, a critical view of the market and a broad network. It is great to have someone to exchange ideas with and to work together on how we can further improve our services in the coming years,” Camps concluded.
