News

PartsPoint looks back on a successful edition of AutoTechnica 2026 in Brussels. During the three-day trade fair, held from March 29 to 31, the organization spoke with a large number of garage owners, entrepreneurs, and partners from the Netherlands and Belgium about current developments in the automotive industry.

More than 30,000 visitors attended AutoTechnica, where the PartsPoint stand was prominently present. At the stand, visitors gained insight into the various products, services, and support solutions for automotive and body repair businesses. The stand was designed as a modern workshop environment, bringing together daily operations and the future of the sector.

According to PartsPoint, it was particularly noticeable that many visitors are looking for clarity and practical support. “You can see that entrepreneurs are not only searching for parts or speed, but above all for solutions that help them keep their workshops running efficiently and be prepared for changes in the market,” said Rob Visser, CEO of Alliance Automotive Group in the Benelux.

Strong Interest in Support and Entrepreneurship

During the exhibition, it became clear that visitors were especially interested in topics directly related to their daily operations. This included not only the broad and in-depth product range, but also technical support, profitability, positioning, and business development.

The interactive elements at the stand also attracted significant attention. For example, the formula game sparked discussions about entrepreneurship and the various ways garages can develop their businesses. One visitor expressed it as follows: “You can see here that running a garage nowadays involves much more than just working on cars. It’s precisely that broader support that appeals to me.”

Introduction of Carlyle Tools and WashProf

During AutoTechnica, PartsPoint also officially launched Carlyle hand tools on the Dutch and Belgian markets. Carlyle is a brand with roots in the United States and has quickly grown there to become the number one choice for many technicians. The introduction at the trade fair attracted strong interest from visitors looking for high-quality tools with an excellent price-quality ratio.

In addition, PartsPoint proudly presented WashProf, the new quality label for independent car wash entrepreneurs. With WashProf, PartsPoint Carcleaning introduces a comprehensive concept focused on growth, professionalization, and visibility for car wash businesses. The WashProf mascot was also a striking and popular presence on the exhibition floor. With great enthusiasm, the mascot handed out hugs to visitors, creating extra engagement and many smiling faces.

Meeting and experience

In addition to the professional content, the stand also offered space for networking and relaxation. Visitors enjoyed attractions such as a racing simulator and a claw machine, while an artist worked live throughout the exhibition days on a Fiat Topolino. This unique car was raffled among attending customers on the final day of the fair. Customers also enjoyed snacks and drinks at the stand, while a DJ provided additional atmosphere during the exhibition days.

For PartsPoint, AutoTechnica ultimately revolved around connection and exchange. Conversations with visitors, suppliers, and partners clearly highlighted that the industry is undergoing significant change and that there is a strong need for knowledge, support, and practical solutions.
