Alliance Automotive Group Benelux needs quite a bit of energy for its operations to get automotive materials from A to B. It is aware that all measures help, sometimes modestly, sometimes a lot. That is why the company-wide focus is on energy-efficient operations. This demands something from buildings and installations, but also from employee behaviour.

Climate-neutral and energy-efficient building

Draught campaign at sites: avoiding unnecessary opening of overhead doors (summer/winter position), door closers between heated and cooled areas, locks, PVC flaps at passages The Distribution Centre is BREEAM Excellent certified. A certification focusing on sustainability.

Ambition 2030

  • Solar panels on roof distribution centre Ede and new/refurbished depots
  • More vehicles replaced with electric variants
  • All buildings will have LED lighting by 2024
