AAGB understands that a positive culture and well-being of people is in our hands. The organisation has many employees, they differ in many ways. We cherish and protect these because they are important for success. It is our moral and social duty to create a working environment where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. Encouraging diversity creates an environment where all employees feel valued, at home and see themselves as an important part of the organisation. AAGB has signed a diversity and inclusion charter and has an internal diversity and inclusion task force.
