When it comes to corporate social responsibility (CSR), you cannot ignore people. AAGB will contribute to the well-being of society in a structural and corporate manner. People are central, both inside and outside organisation.
INTERNALLY, this involves organising a motivating, healthy and empowering work environment, see Work Happiness.
EXTERNALLY, this means offering help to people who need it. The reasons can be diverse. AAGB values the fact that the projects it undertakes increase the well-being of employees and that the charities have an affinity with AAGB's core values.
