Alliance Automotive Group in the Benelux (AAG) announces the acquisition of Smet Auto-onderdelen, a wholesaler in automotive parts operating from the branches in Betekom and Tienen, effective July 1, 2025. Both locations will be integrated into the PartsPoint network of AAG in Belgium.
Smet Auto-onderdelen is regionally known for its extensive range, customer-focused approach, and expert advice. With its personal service and high-quality auto parts, fluids, paints, tools, and tires, Smet is the ideal distributor for garages. To support customers with all developments in the automotive sector, Smet also offers various training programs and concepts. In this way, they aim to build a sustainable relationship with their customers. Smet has been delivering from Betekom to garages and other professional users for over 40 years. The Tienen branch was acquired more than 9 years ago. The company is a regional reference point and has grown to more than 20 employees.
