Alliance Automotive Group in the Benelux (AAG) proudly announces the acquisition of Nijboer Blijstra Automotive Groep effective July 21, 2025. NB Automotive Groep comprises Nijboer Blijstra Techniek (NBT) from Putten and Arex Test Systems (ATS) from Lisse. Nijboer Blijstra Automotive Groep is the specialist and market leader in the Netherlands for workshop MOT measuring equipment, diagnostic systems, and is a specialist in ADAS and alignment equipment.
Nijboer Blijstra Automotive Groep
NB Automotive Group is a strongly positioned company active in the production, supply, maintenance, calibration, and repair of high-quality workshop equipment and supporting specialized services. The company offers a high-quality product range, partly produced in-house and partly through long-term import agreements. They also provide expert advice and service through a team of experienced, well-trained, and skilled employees. NB Automotive Groep is the market leader in MOT measuring equipment and diagnostic systems, thus holding a solid market position. All 30 employees, including the owner, Michiel Nijboer, will be joining AAG.
Nijboer Blijstra Techniek
Nijboer Blijstra Techniek has focused on the sale and inspection of workshop equipment since 1984. Under brand names like Bosch and Corghi, they supply a complete range of premium-quality workshop equipment. NBT now inspects one or more types of APK measuring instruments at more than half of all APK stations in the Netherlands. NBT also provides support to more than 2,500 Bosch ESI[tronic] users with hardware and/or software questions. With an experienced service team and a large number of loaner units, NBT can respond effectively to customer service needs.
Arex Test Systems
Arex, a household name in the field of plate brake testers for over 40 years, offers a wide range of premium-quality workshop equipment for garages. This includes equipment from both their own brand, Arex, and from the reliable manufacturer, SICE. This makes them the ideal partner for equipping your garage workshop. Arex focuses on supplying and inspecting reliable workshop equipment. More than 5,000 garages in the Netherlands use Arex APK equipment and benefit from the excellent and efficient after-sales service.
