Wico, a trusted name within the auto body repair and coatings industry, is entering a new era under the name Prepaire Bodyshop Support & Coatings Solutions. Since the acquisition by Alliance Automotive Group Benelux (AAGB) in June 2024, this name change and rebranding reflect the company’s forward-looking vision. While the name and appearance are changing, the familiar core values and service that customers have relied on for decades remain fully intact.
New name and corporate identity
In March 2024, AAGB already launched its damage repair division under the name Prepaire Bodyshop Support. With rebranding Wico to Prepaire, AAGB further commits itself to serving the rapidly changing market for auto body repair and industrial coatings with innovative solutions and specialized support. The new name and corporate identity will be reflected across all communication channels, from product labels and contact details to a completely renewed website.
The core of Wico remains
Wico previously operated mainly on a regional level; with the transition to Prepaire Bodyshop Support & Coatings Solutions, the company now focuses on the entire Netherlands. This step marks an important development in the growth strategy. Although changes are taking place in the branding, customers and partners can trust that Wico’s foundation remains unchanged.
